A customer purchased a P1.5 COB LED screen with a size of 1.6*4.8m from LEGIDATECH. The product is the star indoor screen – ehonor series.
After the product is produced, LEGIDATECH will inspect it for the customer, and the screen will be aged for more than 48 hours to confirm that the screen is correct before packaging and shipping.
This time we found that the COB screen is a little different.
It is very beautiful when playing pictures and videos, but when the color is adjusted to the maximum brightness white for aging, its color is not uniform.

When we found that the problem could not be solved by ourselves, we contacted nova as soon as possible, and they also actively cooperated.
Because the correction camera is too scarce, it takes time to wait.
A few days later, the technician came with a correction camera worth 6,000 US dollars to correct the color of this COB screen.

After a preliminary discussion with the technicians, he started the program and set up the screen display parameters.
The screen is relatively large, so start by calibrating half of it, and keep testing the three colors of red, green, and blue to see if there are any abnormalities in the color, whether the screen lamp beads are damaged, etc.
COB LED Screen Calibration
Connect the correction camera to the operating computer, and the correction camera will feed back the brightness of each lamp bead on the screen to the computer.
The technicians will then make corresponding adjustments to the screen receiving card based on the feedback from the camera: reduce the brightness of the overly bright lamp beads, brighten the overly dark lamp beads, and adjust the brightness of each color of the lamp beads to be consistent.
After the adjustment is completed, each cabinet will be automatically calibrated one by one.
And the entire screen will be uniformly white, no longer colorful white.
Then connect the entire screen.
