Pouring Sealant

Advantages: excellent water resistance (immersion waterproof), cheap unit price, often used in outdoor LED display;

Disadvantages: acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion; Poor moisture-proof effect, resulting in short service life, with 3-5 years of repair rate is very high, high moisture area life even shorter; Thicker coating, not suitable for small pitch LED display; High maintenance cost: the product is a “lifetime” product, difficult to remove, can not achieve the replacement of components, and the repair cost is higher for cross-regional multinational sales brands.


Three anti-corrosion paint

Advantages: excellent water resistance, better moisture resistance, the unit price is cheaper, can meet the general waterproof and moisture-proof needs;

Disadvantages: poor corrosion resistance, higher requirements for salt spray resistance (such as: salt spray resistance for 72 hours), three anti-paint can not reach the standard, and the material is not environmentally friendly, there is a very heavy harsh smell, unfriendly to the operator.

Disadvantages: water-resistant bare board long-term immersion, not suitable for outdoor LED display, can be used with three anti-paint or potting glue.


Four LED display box adopts sealed box. Adopts the box structure: the display box is equipped with a display module in front of the box, and the display drive circuit board is fixed inside the box. The switching power supply is installed on the back cover of the box. In the back cover of the box is also installed with exhaust fans, stamping window and so on. 1, indoor LED display should pay attention to ventilation and humidity

In the process of use, excessive humidity caused by LED display PCB board, power supply, power line and other zero devices are relatively easy to be oxidized corrosion, resulting in failure.
