5.p5 outdoor LED display installation method.
When customers buy P5 LED display, we need to design steel structure drawings according to the size of the purchased LED display. In the design of steel structure drawings, we must go to the installation site to investigate the environment, and then take a good picture of the site environment, the designer can design the specific steel structure according to the picture of the site. We also need to arrange the power cord and signal line in advance. We need to communicate with your end customers and designate the control room.
P5 LED display installation precautions
(1) Installation of lightning protection devices on display screens and buildings
The main body and shell of the display screen should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 3Ω, which can increase the leakage of current.
(2) Waterproof measures of the LED display itself
The screen body and the place where the screen body and the building are combined must be waterproof and leakproof. Because the LED display is often installed in the outdoor sun and rain, the working environment is harsh, so it needs to be strictly waterproof and moisture-proof. So as not to cause short circuit, fire, etc.
(3) Circuit chip selection
Choose an industrial-grade integrated circuit chip with a working temperature between -40 ° C and 80 ° C, and try to prevent the display from starting because the temperature is too low.
(4) Install ventilation equipment to cool down and keep the internal temperature of the screen body from being too high
Since the display itself will produce a certain amount of heat when working, if the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly, or even be burned, so the axial flow fan needs to be installed behind the screen body to discharge the heat in time.
(5) Ultra-high luminosity light-emitting diodes must be selected
